Kango – Terms & Conditions

Owned and Operated by: Qminimore (“Qminimore”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
System: Kango Project Management System (“Kango”, “Service”)

By accessing, registering for, or using Kango, you (“User”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms (Automatic on Registration)

When you create an account or register in Kango, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register or use Kango.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • Kango may be used only by users authorized by Qminimore.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for all actions taken under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Company Ownership of Projects and Data

All projects, tasks, documents, files, messages, comments, reports, client information, attachments, designs, source code, and any other content created, uploaded, stored, processed, or viewed in Kango (“Project Data”) are the exclusive property of Qminimore (or Qminimore’s clients where applicable).

You do not gain ownership rights over any Project Data. Your access is limited to authorized business use only.

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure (Strict)

Project Data is confidential and proprietary. You agree that you will not, without written permission from Qminimore:

  • Share, leak, publish, sell, forward, export, copy, record, or disclose Project Data to any unauthorized person or platform.
  • Use Project Data for personal benefit, third-party benefit, or any competing purpose.
  • Discuss internal project details with anyone not officially authorized.

This confidentiality obligation continues even after your access ends.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Share your password or allow others to access Kango through your account.
  • Attempt to bypass permissions, access restricted data, or extract information outside your role.
  • Copy or reproduce confidential company processes, pricing, strategies, or client data.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Data Leak and Legal Consequences

Any unauthorized access, disclosure, leak, theft, or misuse of Project Data is treated as a serious violation. Qminimore may take immediate action including:

  • Suspension or termination of your account without notice
  • Investigation and evidence preservation (including system logs)
  • Notification to affected parties where appropriate
  • Civil and/or criminal legal action under applicable laws

You may be held responsible for damages and costs, including financial loss, reputational harm, recovery costs, and legal fees.

7. Monitoring and Security Logs

To protect company property and ensure compliance, Kango may log activity such as login records, IP addresses, device information, file actions, exports, and project access. By using Kango, you consent to such monitoring for security and audit purposes.

8. Access Changes and Termination

Qminimore may restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time if:

  • Access is no longer required for business purposes
  • There is suspected misuse or security risk
  • Policies are violated

Upon termination, you must stop using Kango immediately and must not retain or use any Project Data.

9. Service Changes and Availability

Qminimore may update, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of Kango for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kango after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
